About Teo

Teo IDT is the founder of Latin Grow Greece and the creator of the Rhythm & Body Method. He has been teaching salsa and Latin dance for more than 23 years, working with students across Greece and Bulgaria — from absolute beginners to performing dancers.

His focus is not memorised combinations but the skills that make dancing work anywhere: rhythm, orientation, body movement, connection and confidence. Online lessons follow the same structure as his in-person teaching in Xanthi, Komotini and Alexandroupolis.

Rhythm

Hear the structure clearly instead of guessing the timing.

Orientation

Know where you are inside the dance, even when things change.

Confidence

Replace pressure and panic with a system you can trust.
